Unable to retrieve latest version files from Intranet Shared Document Library
User unable to access latest version of files on Intranet shared documents. When open the files, they are always shown the old version, making the data inconsistent.
There is a problem in MS Office Upload Center (Orange icon) in 2010 version, make it cannot sync back to the server and make it stuck. When open again, it will open the stuck cache version which is outdated.
By deleting it fix the problem.
