Outlook client unable to connect to Exchange server

Problem :-

Unable to connect to outlook as it always popup Exchange server unavailable.

Resolution :-

This problem came from bad Outlook email profile.

1. Check user/password that is correct or not

2. Check that setup on account setting is correct or not

3. If both 1. and 2. are ok but the problem still exists, try remove email profile and create a new one in control panel.
