Login page does not pop-up for guest/public wifi

This is generally caused by the fact the link will be https://go.microsoft.com/blah which will redirect to https://1.1.1.1. However, in some cases when Internet Explorer is not set as a default browser, the redirection will not work.

The known workaround is to have 1.1.1.1 in the URL box instead. For the longer-term fix, change the default web browser back to Internet Explorer seems to do the job well.
