Cannot connect to ITMhelpdesk website


Problem : You could not access website.



1.Open Internet Explorer

2.Click Tools > Internet Options

3.Click Advanced

4.Scroll down to last settings to check both "Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2".

5.Click Apply and OK.

6.Close Internet Explorer and Please access again.
