Cannot connect to ITMhelpdesk website

Solution

Problem : You could not access itmhelpdesk.rmagroup.net website.

 

 

1.Open Internet Explorer

2.Click Tools > Internet Options

3.Click Advanced

4.Scroll down to last settings to check both "Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2".

5.Click Apply and OK.

6.Close Internet Explorer and Please access itmhelpdesk.rmagroup.net again.
