How to change password outside RMA Network (Before password expire).

          We have the policy of password that will be expired every 90 days. For this case, when you would like to change password before expire and you are using internet outside network. 

Please try to do these steps below -:

2. Connect VPN to HQ, please go to this link for how to step => https://itmhelpdesk.rmagroup.net/knowledgebase.php?article=215

Noted : Please turn-on your computer while connecting internet by RMA VPN around 5 minute. Then please restart your computer one time and try to login to your computer with new password after changed password around 15 - 30 minute.
