How to change password outside RMA Network (After password expired).
We have the policy of password that will be expired every 90 days. For this case, when you would like to change password after expired and and you are using internet outside network. If you cannot login to your computer, Should be turn off all internet connection (Wireless and plug out LAN cable). You can see below picture for turn off wireless connection.
Noted : Try to turn off by "click disconnect".
Step for change password after password expired -:
1. After you closed all internet connection. Try to login by your username and your current password again.
2. When you can access to your computer please plug-in LAN cable or open wireless connection back to normal and then open your web browser.

Noted : Please turn-on your computer while connecting internet by RMA VPN around 5 minute. Then please restart your computer one time and try to login to your computer with new password after change password around 15 - 30 minute.
