How to set up Office 365 Exchange Online email for iOS devices using Mail App

Solution

This how-to only applies for users who are already migrated to Office 365 Exchange Online (Cloud system).

 

1. Open Mail App.

2. You can both change the existing RMA Exchange account or remove and add a new one. Details as below screenshot.

3. Tap "Exchange" as an account type.

4. Put in email address and RMA domain password.

5. Once done. You can now use email on iOS devices normally.
