How to add shared mailbox in outlook
1. Go to File> Info> Account Settings> Account Settings...
2. Click New then type username, e-mail address and password (Whatever Password) then click 'Next'.
3. Server will configure all setting, if three check marks appear then your e-mail is successfully add. ฺBefore successfully there'll be pop-up ask for password,click use another account and type username and password of user use this e-mail and tick Remember my credentials then click 'OK'. Click finish and restart Outlook.
4. When you open Outlook again, there'll be pop-up ask for password,use another account and type username and password of user use this e-mail and tick Remember my credentials then click 'OK'.
5. There your email will appear.
